2020 has forever shifted our ideas and expectations about work and the workplace. We created BelongingIQ in response to the needs of employers looking to increase employee engagement and the needs of workers to work in diverse, inclusive, safe, and healthy organizations which allows them to grow personally and professionally. The word and essence that best captured both sets of needs is belonging. That is we created BelongingIQ – a workplace solutions consultancy laser-focused on transforming workplaces into communities of belonging.
