Talks and Speaker Series
Service: We deliver keynotes or speaker series on topics within our specialty areas that are of value to our client.
Goal: Our Talks and Speaker Series are designed to raise awareness and educate about any one of our specialty areas.
Structure: Our Talks and Speaker Series run anywhere from 45 minutes to 90 minutes keynote talks with Q&A by a single speaker or panel, to multi-session or multiday speaker series involving different speakers, panels or both. They can also be standalone, or built into another program, for example, Diversity Week.
Chats
Service: Our Chats are facilitated dialogues with leaders, employees, ERGs or other audiences on a topic within our specialty areas.
Goal: Chats are designed to be engagement, educational, and idea exchange tools between organizations and their people, with our team acting as guiding facilitators.
Structure: Our Chats are typically 60 minutes to 90 minutes, and by design, require active participation by the client.
Training and Workshops
Service: We deliver various kinds of trainings and workshops to help organizations build or strengthen their knowledge base and skills within our specialty areas. Our training programs are predominantly focused on two areas (i) Belonging to Engagement programs and (2) Career Development programs.
Goal: Our training programs are primarily capability and knowledge building programs. Our belonging and engagement programs focus on building leadership and employee knowledge and capability around Belonging – what it is, isn’t and how to create teams and organizations that foster a culture of belongingness. Our development programs focus on building capability gaps particularly for marginalized populations and invisible minority groups in the workplace.
Structure: Trainings and workshops can be standardized or customized depending on the needs of the client. They can be one-off like our unconscious bias training, multi session, multi day or ongoing training.
Consulting
Service: We provide consulting services more broadly on workplace issues, including but not limited to programs and policies related to employee relations, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, workplace investigations, sexual harassment and Speak Up.
Goal: Our consulting services provide more generalized advice beyond the other three areas previously mentioned.
Structure: by agreement with client.
